Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator should have a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills. They must be proactive, able to take initiative, and comfortable talking on the phone. An Account Coordinator ensures clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship by maintaining and assisting the client with whatever they might need.

  • Duties
    • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
    • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
    • Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Data entry in various platforms
    • Managing
    • Supporting Legacy Sales
    • Creating and converting sales orders and PO
    • Keeping track of status of orders placed, and following up with vendors to ensure the order goes smoothly and meets customer’s in hands date
    • Keeping up to date with client needs and be a reliable contact to the customer for anything they might need.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients is crucial. This role must remain professional and friendly at all times.

This job involves working with colleagues towards shared company and team goals, so customer service administrators must work well with people from all walks of life

Account Coordinators  should be strong communicators, as they need to provide a consistently great experience for customers

    • Salesmanship

selling is a key part of an Account Coordinators’ role, since they promote certain products and offer alternative product options to customers

    • Problem-solving skills

Account Coordinators need good decision-making and problem-solving abilities to respond to complaints and questions and to think quickly during customer interactions

  • Qualifications
    • Understanding of MS Office programs
    • Google G Suite (sheets, docs, etc)
    • Have an average typing speed of at least 38-40 WPM
    • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service and or general business support preferred
